Bricks for extension

hi, my son is having an extension/orangery built and due to covid the bricks that match his existing brick are only expected to be back in stock in September at the earliest. He needs to know whether he should try to find a close match or if it would be better to choose something completely different but would contrast (my suggestion)? Any advice please. I should mention that he's seen one that has been tiled and his builder has suggested KRand (but he does not like it). thanks.
