how much does a side return cost in London?

Hello, we are currently purchasing a Victorian detached house and will be looking to do a side return with thin glass panel roof ( not skylights) and glass bifold doors. We have budgeted £70k for the build, £20k for the kitchen, and £6k for architect fees. Does that sound realistic? ( this is our first renovation project so it’s a bit of a stab in the dark)
