Ideas for extending kitchen area

Hi everyone, looking for some ideas for extending this kitchen, it’s too small and we’d love an area for a large dining table and a couch/play area. I would also love to add a utility room but I just can’t figure out a good layout for it all. We are able to extend the house 4m backwards.
The existing dining room would become a study/office.
Would you just add a room onto the back of the house from the edge of the kitchen along to the living room window or is there a better solution?
