Mylands. You always regret your economies. I've repainted this kitchen 4X over the years, and last time was in Dulux which wore so poorly. Just custom mixed a new vibrant duck egg to paint my kitchen in marble matt walls, eggshell woodwork, and floor paint. Mylands matched impeccably. It was a dream of coverage, and looks spectacular. The quality of the pigment shows, looks the money, nothing like synthetic mediocre pigments in cheaper paint. It's a big improvement.

Ok so this may sound stupid and I have no idea if it can be achieved, I am sure a lot of tradesmen on here would laugh but I’m trying to think outside of the box for a shoestring budget. So I’m a major fan of ikea hacks, you can customise furniture for so little money and you really can be quite creative. As for faking Crittall Windows........ providing this is for internal aesthetics only I would love someone to experiment with this idea in a man cave. Use the black powder coated aluminium pax wardrobe frame from ikea and get a glazier to cut the glass to required size using the ikea inserts as a template. Obviously your door widths would have to be increased but this could work against stud partitions in large apartments to separate areas of space maybe? U can all laugh at me now!

I'm not sure I follow how moving the sofa down to the garden end means you can't put your feet up and enjoy the garden? For me, there are too many pieces against the wall. Do you need both sideboards? Can one go in the hall? Could the sofa go across the room, perhaps more over to the fixed patio door side, with the padded ottoman in front of it like a coffee table/footstool? Have you tried the table widthways across the room? Perhaps a chair either side of a sideboard would make it easier to move around until you needed seating for six? If you still need/want the pretty bucket chair in the room it could possibly go on an angle by the radiator with a floor lamp or tall plant next it to it. Not sure on room dimensions as I suspect space might be tighter than it appears on the photos but if you took a pic with the sofa widthways there might be some other suggestions you like. As ever Carolina's and Celery girl's suggestions are fab but I agree that until you get the furniture layout right you won be satisfied with the finishing touches to match your lovely wallpaper.
