Downstairs floor plan help!

We’re putting in for planning permission to extend our side return. An architect friend drew up some plans that incorporated a utility room but still kept the two separate reception rooms - but my husband and I have buggered that up by buying a second hand kitchen that will need all of the extension space to fit in! I’m trying to work out if there’s a way of incorporating a utility room somehow/somewhere else/combining it with the downstairs loo - or whether we just need to ditch the idea of having two reception rooms and eat into one of them to create a utility/possibly even a study area? Any ideas gratefully received!
