Bungalow Renovations in Stockport

We are in the process of buying a new bunaglow which is very dated and we need to modernise it. Post renovation we must have:1. Another bathroom (one isnt enough) 2. Two sitting areas. 3. Three bedrooms.
I have jotted down some ideas as i feel the existing footprint has space but its badly set out. Issues with existing layout:
A. Its very dark so we need more windows
B. No bedroom is a good size
C. Hallway is way to big and should be part of the rooms were possible
D. Store in hall in small
E. We dont need or will use a garage - we have a big shed in the garden for outdoor items and and happy to include it in the house.
We cant decide what to do as part of the renovations and would appreciate some help and guidance!!! Happy to clear up any questions.
Thank you
Asif
