What to do with a windowless room?

We have moved the downstairs bathroom upstairs and are only keeping a toilet and sink downstairs, and putting up a stud wall. I don‘t mind having no window in the downstairs toilet but I’m having trouble to know what to do with the space that is left its a medium sized space about 2mx1.65m. There’s no external wall so nowhere for the tumble dryer to go. The only idea we’ve had is for a mud room / cloakroom. But looking for others ideas with what to do with the space?
