What can I add to make it look better after adding the tiles to the house

I think some red terracota plant pots would work well there.

They'd fit in nicely with the red tiles you have.

So,what I understand on the big balcony to remove the trim and respect the shape of the balcony,then I dont understand how its that corner above the second balcony(that corner its very important for me because I dont know how to close it,to end it)Regarding the colours,the villa looked that way,the previous colours were k?You suggest me to get rid of the white?and replace it with what colour? .Its an excellent idea to put a roof on the second balcony,and the material used for the fence and balcony to be instaleed vertically?and what material?wood would be fine?and the colours greeny on the side,brown,and white like in the photo.Anyway its an excellent perspective,Im looking forward to be in touch with you,I do appreciate your help.regarding the terrace I want to build next to the house what do you recommend?Tks

Restrictive covenants have been mentioned but remember that cladding, render and replacement windows are all likely to require planning permission. I'm confused, though. Why buy a traditional style if you want a modern style place? I think fiddling around with grey window frames, modern plank doors etc will badly compromise the traditional style of the house and critically, may clash badly with neighbouring properties if it's part of a development. That's why covenants and requirements for permission exist. Therefore I would address a few key elements. The side panel on the front door looks awkward and spoils the proportions of the opening, so look to replace with a full width bespoke door in a suitable style. You could look at a vertical planked style if you want to modernise but a coloured finish would look better than a modern plank like teak. The arch over the door is also a poor feature, consider rendering inside it and painting it. The windows are a heavy design with bulky frames but are you really willing to go to the considerable expense of replacing them for looks alone? Final suggestion is invest in much more substantial pots/planters and shrubs. They will make a huge difference in softening the exterior and you could also consider digging out some of that heavy tarmac under the window to plant instead.

Park a small kit car or motorcycle in the garage ? Perhaps a trough style planter, or row of tubs like the one you have under the windows? I'd might start by trying to paint the gate the same colour as the garage door and see how it looks, but TBH - it doesn't look bad now - I wouldn't spend money on the fate until it needs maintenance. Can you take a picture a little wider angle that shows the front doo too? Does the front door stand out?
