Help Me Redesign My House

Hi All,


I am about to complete on this house and I am completely clueless on how to redesign this space. My plan is to leave in it for at least 3-6 months and see what works but I just discovered this forum and thought I should see advise


I am considering losing the games room and move the kitchen there but I feel the house will lose value as the game room actually sold the house to me


My main focus is the Ground Floor


My wishlist is

1) A bigger Kitchen/Dining Area with Skylight and Island etc.

2) A large Panty

3) A lounge with a Window

4) Utility Room

5) Home Office

6) Games Room


Measurements

Lounge (20'01" x 12'09")

Games Room (27'04" x 16'07")

Dining Room (15'05" x 8'09")

Kitchen (15'05" x 10'04")

Office (12'09" x 9'09")


I will appreciate your advice
