Renovations/Extension help ideas and suggestions!

Hi there,

My partner and I are about to complete this house (conservation area) and figuring out the next steps and budgeting and we have no idea how to start. Our plan is to leave in it for at least a few months first and see what works and the timing but would be great to have advice.

Flat Ground Floor - Victorian house 100msq

Our wishlist is:

1) A bigger Kitchen/Dining Area with Skylight and Island etc.

2) A large Panty

3) A lounge with a Window

4) Office (in the front)

5) Extension in the back moving the kitchen/reception and make it bigger

6) Bedrooms in the front and have 1 big bathroom and lavatory room
