Layout and lighting for a new loft bedroom

Hello,
I have the floor plan and what we think will work for a bedroom layout. This room is being built as we speak, so I want to be sure we have thought of everything in terms of placement of furniture, built-in eaves storage, lighting and electric points. It is a child's bedroom.
We're not sure about lighting? would a pendant work and should it be centre of the full height flat ceiling or centre of the room.
Is the bed in the right place? I want to make the most of the full height space, but is it a problem if the bed is against the wall?
We're planning on painting the whole room the same colour F&B Peignoir
The Xs are proposed electric sockets
The slope starts at 1.1m
Just finding it all hard to visualise.
Thanks in advance.
