Advise on exterior paint for Florida block home w/ new lt gray roof

I am trying to select exterior paint color for a home we are completely renovating and the inside is gutted. We have replaced the roof in light gray. We are installing new windows. I don’t know the budget difference between white and black vinyl. I have wondered if the house would look good in classic cream with black exterior doors and maybe black shutters/black lighting. Florida sun is so bright it really steals paint pigment. I have also talked with SW rep and she suggested the paint colors in image. Roycroft Pewter/house body, Tin Lizzie-front door porch inset area, and Snowbound on trim.




Roycroft Pewter looks much darker on the paint chip!
