Living room layout

Hi all! Me and my partner just bought our first house - an ex-council house that has been vacant for over 10 years. As you can imagine its a bit of a project.


We are going to be installing a log burner where the old gas fire is just now but I'm having trouble thinking of where to put install the tv and position sofas around it. Any advice would be appreciated!


P.S. The radiator that is on the wall is being swapped out for a vertical round the corner from where it is now.
