Box room & bathroom ideas

Hi all,

Hoping for some clever ideas on creating a better space for us to use the house. We are getting the keys in August.
Big house for husband & I; we want to utilise the property in less conventional way. We do not have children and wonder how to incorporate this box room into the master bedroom (maybe closet? Maybe utility room?) and how to make the family bathroom a better space (maybe eat into the spare room).
Thinking of using the spare room next to the bathroom as an office/closet.
Appreciate all ideas!
