Adding ventilation to an Oriel window.

Hi After over 9 months of planning permission misery we have approval. I have now realised the beautiful Oriel window for the master bedroom has no way of opening for ventilation! The inclusion of an opening element will require steel supports to be included in the glass structure which is not the look we are hoping to achieve. Any advise or guidance on how else we can add ventilation in the bedroom or any maybe a clever window design we could explore would be greatly appreciated.
