Blinds for this bedroom/office

This room is a guest room/my work from home office room.

The top window is a couple of metres off the ground.

Can’t work out what the best solution is for blinds.

The top one will need to be automated obviously.

Don’t know whether to choose rollers or Roman, plain or patterned, matching the top one and bottom ones the same or different. Possibly plain at the top, patterned at the bottom

All thoughts welcome!
