Totally Lost!! LVT flooring for open plan wet under floor heating room

last year

Dear Houzz,

In the spirit of the season, please kindly help.

We have been renovating over a year now, and have completed an open pan layout with wet ufh and screed on top.

Original plan was for large tiles as we have 80m to cover. However, I don’t Like the idea of tiles coming in from the front door.

We have decided on LVT, but there are so many different types with their own issues. We are really hoping for a herringbone look but hear this could fail over larger areas.

Karndean is over our budget. Have considered firm fit but not sure of quality.

Any thoughts/ help would be massively appreciated.
