Comments (85)It looks great, I'm glad you and your daughter are so pleased and she has lots of room for friends over, playing etc. It can also be easily and cheaply adapted as she grows if she wants. My only criticism (if you can call it that) is that if not already your daughter may soon also want the desk to double up as a dressing table and therefore I think a mirror was a good idea but the memo board (which looks great) can always be moved as and when needed. Seeing as you're on Houzz, why not have a look at some artworks from the DECOR tab at the top of the page as a start. Also, have a look at my website, particularly my BESPOKE DESIGNS section, for artwork that has been specifically created to compliment any rooms decor and furnishings: http://thejonescollection.gallery All the best in whatever you decide to choose....See MoreHow to decide on a piece of Art for wall
Comments (11)I certainly don't have any genius ideas :) but I second forzaitalia's white door suggestion. You can probably 'get away with' leaving the doorframes as they are, seeing your window frames are in a natural wood colour too. You'd have to give other doors (at least the nearby one) the same treatment though, I feel. Perhaps you could also consider changing the ceiling light at some stage to make the artwork blend better still....See More- last month
