Rear extension layout help

last month

We are in the first throws of planning a 3m rear extension on our 1930s semi to include a WC, Utility room and larger kitchen/living space
This is the best we have come up with so far without having to remove too many walls and adding in steels.
I had considered moving the kitchen entirely into the dining space but know this just ramps up costs and actually like my kitchen to get as much natural light as possible. But what irking me the most with this layout is having to walk through other rooms to get to the kitchen.
Do you think adding a doorway at the back of the utility room into the kitchen would be worth it? I know it would disrupt the flow of the kitchen but would mean easy access to the utility room from the kitchen and also go outside.

The external doorway to the right of the extension needs to stay where it is as it leads out onto a garden path.

We are also removing the doorway in the hallway so the WC is in the hall
