I like non-white doors but it really depends on wall colour, architraves, skirting etc plus , proximity of doors to each other and whether they’re a feature you want to highlight etc etc!
All doors are in close proximity. Three doors are located together (two plain plus one part glazed) The next three are together in a corridor . All walls and trim are all painted white. The existing doors are all sapele faced, from the seventies. (of good quality).
If it is a quality wood and I think sapele is one then I wouldn't paint them. However it's almost impossible to give you decent advice with no pics and no idea of what other furniture and floor, paint colour and window coverings you have planned whether future or existing, not to mention light levels.
