would like some inspiration for the best way to use this space, we would like to incorporate a ensuite into the largest bedroom but not sure where the best placement would be. Also how much this would roughly cost.
the current bathroom probably 1.2 x 5.3 meter in size (cuz standard door width 90cm with 10cm wall space on each side, and the bathroom width similar with bedroom at the back)
If you create a new bathroom in other place it could cost 10-20K pound so better to split existing bath into two
Seems narrow space but it still possible by moving door slighly
And flip the layout for the ensuite on the second half by placing sink near window, toilet then shower in the inner wall
The largest bedroom in the middle ideal for the ensuite as the ensuite access door can be placed on top right corner which align with sink
If you make the ensuite for bedroom in the back then the shower space Will be reduced to give space for the door
