It's very small - the saniflow on a neighbours wall is not very sociable as the vibrations /noise could cause annoyance. So I'd probably suggest something along these lines as a starting point ... Basin near to window for good daylight . Loo opposite on internal wall. Leaving a small 800mm infold door shower ... Rad could go behind door ?! What would the affect be if you opened the door outwards into the bedroom ?! As that might help make the ensuite seem larger - or can you put a pocket door in instead maybe ?

I personally wonder why anyone ever had a wet room, they're so hideously impractical and should be reserved for people with bathing difficulties! A shower roon and utility combined is far better, keep it that way, Where would you put the washer / dryer? you can't keep it in a wet room it'll go rusty.

I misunderstood the plan mistaking the tank cupboard for a bath. So I assume from your comment that the tank is going- I got rid of one in my last house by installing a combi boiler and presume you are doing the same. I would suggest you put the bath and shower on the window wall but put the shower on the right side of the window where there is more wall. WC where the tank is now and the basin stays in the original location but perhaps swap for a vanity with loads of storage. Given that he is quite tall consider hanging the basin higher than normal.

Chris, We have the same shower tray as you (but in the 150cm format) and also exactly the same issue. I think it's a design fault as the tray is too shallow and the ridge round the edge does not contain the water. Our highly untechnical solution has been to buy shower mats which are exactly 80cm wide (from Christy on their website) and then to accept that they will get soaked and to dry them on the heated towel rail. Sorry if this is not the most sophisticated solution but it works for us. Good luck
