Comments (6)Think i'd be tempted to have the mirror just on the sink side, you will see the whole bathroom when you walk in, reflected in it. Mirror above a bath unless seperated by some tiling will be an absolute pain to keep smear free, and it may be a little overkill. Plus, maybe bathing and looking in the mirror at the same time, not to relaxing??...See MoreTiny Morning Room Layout Dilemma
Comments (18)Hi Caroline Thanks for your comments! Believe it or not, yes, this is supposed to be the dining room and we had the play and lounge area on the lower floor...trouble was that A) Anytime my wife was doing something in the kitchen, the little one didn't want to be left alone downstairs so left her toys and came trotting upstairs where understandably she was bored as there were no toys there!! Aswell, socialising became a little difficult as anytime anything was needed from the kitchen we had to run upstairs and leave the guests alone so ultimately it has worked out best to have the dining room / Study downstairs and bring the play and lounge area upstairs to be on the same level as the kitchen...Just struggling to accommodate all the needs in such a small space especially as we like to keep it clear as it doubles as access to the kitchen!...See MoreDesign help re super tiny bathroom
Comments (12)Hi You need to check re soil pipe - my opinion is that it is best to keep the WC as close to the soil pipe as possible to avoid unnecessary problems. You may want to opt for a free standing bath which would add glamour to the room - you can find various sizes (see link below just for an idea) https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/1650-x-750-luxury-modern-double-ended-curved-freestanding-bath Or Back to wall 1500x750 https://www.victorianplumbing.co.uk/orion-1500-x-750mm-small-back-to-wall-modern-square-bath?campaign=googlebase&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIqIDjyp7Z3gIVVOJ3Ch1BiQfcEAQYBCABEgLdzfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds An Offset bath may allow some more flexiblity in the room as the space is rather tight. I have done two sketches - and have specifically kept away from putting the bath under the window due to soil pipe. I have proposed that you open the door outwards or maybe consider changing to a folding door as per images below If you need any further advise my design practice can help you....See More- last month
