Please help me decide how to redesign ground floor layout!
Comments (3)One option would be to move the utility to the garage, have all your kitchen units down the wall from hall to back wall, then have a dining zone where your breakfast bar currently is and a family zone where your dining area is (with bifold doors). This would leave your lounge clutter free and be much cheaper than an extension. Depending on the size of your garden and budget i think i'd be more tempted to extend though......See Morehelp me decide where to put my TV in this living room

Comments (22)Hi Philip You can hang on wall whatever you like i guess. I would start with a question, is your room soundproofing sorted? After the whole room sound insulation you can then put on wall number of different styles of acoustic panels. And make that way your own art. They are made flat poster look likes or textured like recording studios. I would start with that. Then there are many companies doing large prints so you can use your own photo or picture or notes to make your own personal wallpaper. Just an quick idea anyway:) Kind regards Radek...See MorePlease help me decide on decking layout.

Slight hiccup is that I've been searching for similar slabs (Bradstone Wetherdale Cotswold), and they don't make them any more. They're a riven, stone-effect concrete. I'm emailing Bradstone to find out what the nearest, current product is. I may do a small amount of decking around the veranda doors as my dogs struggle with the step down at night, plus I need to consider which would give the best rainwater removal and septic access. (I'm also struggling to find smooth decking around here, and grooved doesn't age too well.)...See More- 11 years ago
