Decor,colour scheme advice for our new room

We built an extra room onto side of our house,it looks onto the garden so privacy not a problem hence the large bi fold windows.I cant seem to turn it into the wow room I thought it would be.
The sofa was a whim purchase which I slightly regret so it has to stay (same as pic but ours is a left hand)
TV is wall mounted to the right of middle door. I have included pics of a lamp and canvas for above sofa I really like with maybe silver grey walls? Should I have blinds to take of the bare look ahh I just don't know!
Forgot to say floor has large shiny beige tiles.
