Need help for my new kitchen
Comments (3)Hi Fabrizia, Congratulations on your new purchase! I hope completion goes well. We have designed quite a few compact size kitchens, please see some examples on our website under resent installations. If starting from left to right, I would suggest to start with integrated Fridge Freezer, after that 450mm wide pan drawers with internal cutlery drawer, next would be Hob and Oven, Integrated Dishwasher 450mm wide, slim line one. Then continue with Corner unit for sink and integrated Washer Dryer. This way all your plumbing could stay on the same run. Also, the Microwave could be integrated in the wall unit. This would give you more worktop space. As the space is a little dark, make sure that you have LED Spot lights recessed under wall units. In order to gain some additional storage you could have double height wall units going all the way up to the ceiling. Hope this helps! Please let us know how you get on. Comments (33)Hello Minnie, I know you will get to the bottom of it! and if I win masses on the lotto, I'll buy you a new oven! Macarons are my favourite! and let's not talk about cheesecake!! I cannot even look at those delectable treats without becoming a balloon. (bad eating at ballet school and beyond! (left my metabolism sluggish so now I have to work really hard at eating only protein to resemble my 20/30's.. last year and Jan was good and it's been slowly getting worse ever since. : )). .. bet you're really popular with the girlfriends bringing those treats out from the kitchen.. I say if it tastes good then that's all that matters really.. I'm less El Bulli, Heston and Bompass & Parr about food than I am about design! : ))...See MoreGetting new kitchen in January and trying to decide on a cooker hood.
Comments (2)Hi there! Extractor hoods like the one you have mentioned can be used as the feature of the kitchen as they stand out so much. There is no right or wrong but in my opinion if you are using the shaker style doors I would recommend a built in extractor (they can also be ducted or recirculating). This way your kitchen units will be the design feature and the add on elements would only complement this. Please see below an example of a built in extractor. The doors can be side hinged and you can benefit from the internal storage by adding an extra shelve (cut to size on site) on the wall unit. Hope this helps. Comments (5)Hello Keith. How big is your kitchen? How wide is your cooker? Here is a quite powerful integrated hood from Rangemaster: http://markselectrical.co.uk/83500_Rangemaster-Canopy-Hood.html?referrer=GoogleShopping&gclid=Cj0KEQiA56_FBRDYpqGa2p_e1MgBEiQAVEZ6-z5t6o7chbsIhsnpiqzFlpoVqXpZJgo2K3nk2i9T0cYaAp4K8P8HAQ...See MoreV C
