Need help for my kitchen in a holiday home
Comments (22)Hi - just checking in before I shut down the computer ! Thank you Joe !!! Roselyne, love the photos !! Looks so quaint !!! So, France ! Much more liberal with regard to planning (phew!!) how lovely ! Yes, that cottage look would fit in so well !!! The last project I did in France was an old watermill in Rennes - beautiful location - but a nightmare to find a good furniture manufacturer !! Have you sourced anything yet ?! Or are you thinking of bringing it all over by road ?!?!...See MoreNeed help with my kitchen
Comments (10)Old thread but I've been searching for the same answer... fast forward a couple of months and a few trials and I've found Johnstone's Olive It PPG1032-3 is a near perfect match. Currently repainting my oak kitchen doors & end panels with it to match new Heritage/tiverton Sage pelmets and cornices. Hopefully that helps someone....See MoreNeed help with my kitchen
Comments (5)Hi, What aspects of the kitchen is it that you dislike? (colour combination, style, just the units, etc) What sort of look are you trying to achieve, you don't have an ideas book for a kitchen so it would be useful to get an overview of your style please? Pictures of the space available would be useful. Good Luck A x...See MoreNeed help with my kitchen
Comments (16)I'd keep the cooker black to match the rest of the units as the Fridge Freezer is already different. I'd have a plain high gloss worktop to get the light back in to the room, maybe white. I'd consider having the tall bank of units in white too, because the room is so narrow it's going to feel crowded with the tall units in black. I must admit the room plan above has me a little confused. The door has disappeared from the top right corner and looks to be replaced with two small windows and I can't see the door marked anywhere. Where is the door? You've also lost a metre off the length and it's now 5915mm instead of 7m.Looking down the kitchen with black tall units looking down the kitchen with white tall units. I think maybe i'd get a concept planner on board first as I think the plan needs work, it does look like a long narrow corridor with far too much on one side, too high, not enough on the otherside etc....See MoreLiz Schupanitz Designs
