What is the price range for a pool like this?

We are looking to buy a few different homes, some have pools, some don't. Is it cheaper to buy a home that already has a pool if this pool is the end result that you want to achieve or is starting from scratch cheaper? Thanks so much

Its difficult toestimate how much the pool will add to the value of the home for sale. But normally a home owner will not get the amount of money that it cost to install the pool in the sale of the house. The only issue is if the pool was built by a compentent pool builder because you don't want ongoing problems with a poorly built pool.

Yes, please. Hiding the ugly necessities of daily living so that they are easily accessible. Without this, the grandest interior scheme goes to pot in the face of children's and the grandparents' needs - especially when they share the same space. AND DISABLED grandparents' needs - and accoutrements!

I bought Brittania, from a shop that was selling one off in clearance, nearly half price. Would not buy again. You have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a service call (I have had 2 in 6 months), which is a long time without an oven. Be careful of oven sizes - they are much smaller than a normal single oven. The Brittania I got has such a small distance between shelves none of my dishes fit between two shelves. The induction hob in noisy, heats in "bursts" and when one ring is on full power, you cannot use another ring - this might be characteristic of induction in general, but give me gas any day. Looks fantastic though!

We went with the Falcon 1092 continental in the end. It is fine but I wouldn't say I am blown away by it. The cooking can be patchy - ie. one side of a tray comes out more cooked than the other (we have checked it is completely level). Also it is a nightmare to keep the oven floor clean - somehow much worse than any other oven I have had. I have always had much cheaper neff built ins before and I much prefer them. Our kitchen space / design didn't really lend itself to built-ins unfortunately. It does have lights though!!

Thanks tamp75. It turns out the painter is only doing a white mist coat today & is returning later in the week so I have time to buy even more testers. LOL. He said I can paint the testers on the walls in the extension which should help as it is west facing whereas the playroom that I tested them on is east facing. We were originally going to go with Cornforth White kitchen cabinets but DIY's standard light grey was a lovely colour (&,cheaper!) so we went with that. I think if we'd gone with Cornforth White the decision making on the wall colour would have been easier!!
