Comments (27)Update - alabaster painted oak units, oak worktop, (curved end units and worktop corners) belfast sink, 1100 stainless steel rangemaster porcelain large high gloss ivory 600x600 floor tiles, ivory grout - please see attached look book just still to decide on shade of sage on walls - deciding between F&B Mizzle, Vert De Terre, Ball Green and Cooking Apple Green... Also metro sub/way tiles on walls - whether to go for a sage tile or cream/white... The dining room area off the kitchen will have oak parquet floor which will follow through from hall and will also be in the lounge but Im thinking of following the wall colour in the kitchen through to the dining room for continuity and potentially painting the chimney brest or wall furthest away from and facing the kitchen a darker green complementary colour... Thoughts please...See MoreNeed help choosing paint colour for church hall
Comments (3)Hello appydaysdevon, With artificial lighting I would suggest going with some warm tones. Also dense and chalky is my preference. Little Greene is often a suggestion with a range of many lovely colours including a grey palette, but I would stay with blue considering the carpet.... Team with something like Whitening which is a lovely chalky warm white. Should you decide to take a look at that one. I have used Dulux in the classics range.. Here Bone China might have been a nice choice if you want to stick with D for above the panelling.. Given you have a mid to dark blue carpet which will be fitted... It would be a nice idea to continue on this theme. Go a shade darker or keep to the same shade re the carpet. I'm intrigued by what is above the false ceiling... :))...See Moreneed help in choosing paint colour
Comments (1)I'd take a piece of your wallpaper to any shop that has paint cards ( I prefer Valspar at B&Q - the paint matching is really accurate ). Pick up a dozen or so cards and take them home. Put your paper up to the wall with a little sellotape and tape the cards to it. See which one you like then buy a little tester pot. Paint and A4 piece of paper in the chosen colour and then walk around with the paper holding it to every wall to make sure of your choice. You can't cut corners and buy paint on line looking at the colours, you won't get an accurate choice. Plus, all colours look different in individual homes because of the changing light....See MoreEnsign Accessories
