Glass?

What kind of glass did you use? Please let me know. I am having trouble deciding on an obscure glass that still looks subtle for our new front door, which is quite close to the street. This would work really well for our home....

Thanks for your inquiry. We are not able to retrieve that info from our files but I believe this was a clear glass.

A sliding door always leaves a gap which wont cut out noise. How about a bi fold door which gives a snug fit. You can then select triple glazed panels to further keep the noise down. I suggest looking at 'doors of distinction', amazing variety of glass patterns tho' may not be double/triple glazed or 'Steve Sherriff ' for ideas. Good luck. Bee

The glass panels you can buy from every glass company, Not sure where are you based if in UK then you can try http://www.bespokeglassonline.co.uk http://www.expresstoughening.com You can do quote online toughen glass, which probably you should go for for safety reason at least for the lowest parts near the ground. Or Roman glass but they are more expensive.

Hello. Those doors are beautiful and do not need glass that will block your view and compete for attention. My suggestion is to have clear glass. If you can find old style antiqued glass, or handmade glass that would be my vote. Otherwise just use plain glass. The key is the view through the doors (both ways). The doors will function as a frame so arrange furniture accordingly. I suggest new long curtains that hang closer to the ceiling. A beautiful neutral linen, or something that excites you. If you hang a vibrant or patterned curtain then your black sofa (is it a chair?) will not dominate the view through the doors. If you elect for a neutral curtain, then you may want to relocate the black sofa in favour of a more neutral piece. Beautiful home, what we can see of it. Good luck!

I like how your bathroom is looking so far and the traditional style. I would go for a high quality, shower curtain in a gorgeous pattern. I love the ones from anthropologie for example.
