The Kitchen was actually made bespokely, so unfortunately it is unsourceable for this one. I'm sorry not to have been able to be more help on this, but I'm sure someone could make something similar if you could find someone good.

Thank you both for your comments. The house was built in 2000. Probably easier to send picture of the progress in our kitchen so far. We also have an island with seating to be put in and was thinking of a grey gloss one but will probably stick to white (too worried about getting it wrong)!. Neolith will go on that too but no wrapping just sitting on top. We wanted a floor that we could take into the hall and other downstairs rooms and thought the gloss tiles would give the hall a lift ... We're keeping the wall colours in the hallway. All advice welcome. Thank you

Good afternoon Joanne! That's a lovely modern space so you've got a great base to work with. For the window treatment it could be really nice to have curtains along the whole length of that wall with the french windows. Almost like this but only on one wall: You can have one sheer curtain that lets light through and then have some heavier curtains in front which can say open during the day. This would add a softer/cozier side to the room. In terms of light fitting I am a big fan of the Diner Pendant: It's available here: https://www.hutsly.com/search?type=product&q=diner+pendant and in either 3 or 4 lights and in brass, nickel or black. That will instantly add some WOW! Then for that back wall I love Isidora's first picture reference with narrow shelves to display art. Something like this: Depending on how narrow you make those shelves you can then mix framed pictures and ornaments. I'm not sure blue is the way to go. I think introducing a fifth colour will work. You currently have the sea grass sofa, grey chairs, white table, brown floor. I'd go with the grey or the sea grass for continuity. The living room has two views - not sure if one's old and one's newly decorated. The first is the straight view through the door in to what looks like a hallway and appears grey like the walls in the dining room:- The other looks like another room straight through, but the doorway looks 'amended', so not sure if you were trying out different colours or the view just appears a little weird. Anyway, it doesn't matter, i'd stick with the grey, sea grass and white. I'd also put the T.V on something higher as currently it's quite low down. The T.V could also do with being a bit larger, and I'd move the lamp to behind the sofa otherwise it will glare in front of you and impede t.v viewing.

I'm no expert but it doesn't sound too bad for the work that needs to be done. We are 1.5 years into a build and thought once the dry shell was up that was the major expense/work...it's not! I think at the stage you are at we had spent about 40% of the total build budget (included drains and services to site) We are planning on a total spend of £1500 ( no vat) per m2 but that's with us doing all insulation, plasterboarding and lots of other work... Basically on site working everyday. Probably if a builder was doing the whole thing we would be close to £2000 m2 but would have been completed in half the time. The house does have UFH and triple glazing, I've looked for the best prices on everything but it's all good quality. Material prices seem to be rising a lot too.
