Nature has a power that acts upon us . . . a garden is alive (at least at certain times of the year) and is continuously demonstrating the powers of creation . . . . brings us cleaner air, anchors the soil, engages our senses . . . what's not to like? Do you decorate with vintage suitcases?

A family friend has a two vintage Louis Vuitton trunks displayed in her LR, and they look fabulous. That said, stacks of vintage suitcases are not really my thing. I'm sufficently klutzy that I would probably knock them over on a regular basis. Plus it would be too much of a pain to use them for real storage and have to unstack them and open them whenever I wanted something. I also think that the stacked vintage suitcase thing is quickly becoming a design cliche. They seem to be everywhere these days!

I have the handles up in the air, which is easiest to fill and empty and they are always clean, I threw away the lid attachment that lets me carefully place each item with the handle down in the basket and instead throw them in, it's quicker, simpler, less stressful and it comes out washed and I am happy! That's what it's all about, being happy!

I would try https://www.modern-rugs.co.uk/ who do a large range of rugs at large or custom sizes. The blinds are beautiful, I would definitely pick a colour from there. I would start with this as it's the biggest expense. Once you have this can then determine which colours would work best for the cushions. You may find it needs balancing with other colours or that it introduces another colour you want to add in the cushions.
