Where did you get the mudroom locker? Is that custom made or commercial off the shelf?

I forbid junk drawers in my home. My past ones always start out with great intentions for frequently used items (tape, flashlights, batteries, matches, etc...) and within weeks, it becomes the "nowhere else to put this stuff, but don't want to donate or throw it away". Eveything from past junk drawers have been relocated to approriate homes. Tape in the office, flashlights in the household toolbag or tucked away under the sink, a few pens are displayed in a cocktail glass, etc... Much more functional for me, and keeps me from hoarding incidentals.

Have just had my 60th birthday and a friend sent a photo of us in our uniforms on our first day at Grammar school. I'm wearing a beret and tie which I still have. (Berets were the most hated part of the uniform.)

Depends on the room, some designs really suits towel bar, especially when the accessories are intrinsic to the design. Other times you just want to hide things on the back of a door, so both have their place.
