The hood and stove are Wolf, I don't have the size/item number here. I don't have the specific paint color for the island, either...sorry!

Two weeks after I met him for the first time, my boyfriend's best mate turned up at my place one Saturday, in overalls and proceeded to help me assemble my shed (my BF was at work). When I expressed gratitude for his coming to the aid of a relative stranger, he simply said "you're my mate's girlfriend, so you're my friend, and it helps that you're likeable". That last sounds so throwaway, but I was so anxious that my BF's friends wouldn't like me that I almost cried. He and my partner repaired my patio the next day, and they have done so much work on the house together over the last 2 years. He has refused any kind of payment, other than being fed, so I always make sure that Sunday Roasts, nice takeaways and good BBQs are always on the menu!

Do you know if there is sewer access to the rear at all? have others in the street done it? Its always possible but frequently not worth it. An alternative could be to replan the bedrooms to give a bathroom at the front? This would give you a larger bedroom 3 with a new built in closet, I know you said 3 was the smallest but is that because of the built cabinets which i've removed? The main issue is the soil pipe, you could use a macerater but I would never recommend it,

Hi Nathan, You do have a very nice big space in the area laid out for the patio, but I would not confine all of the items on your list to this at all! I would put some of it in a well thought layout in the "garden area" so that you have a reason to journey through it, a nice view out of your extension doors and the patio and use this space the best that you can. Where you lay each of these areas will depend on things like your garden aspect and your preferences and other garden conditions. My advice is whatever you do, do think very well before you start the works and make sure that you have a final decided plan to work torwards to avoid disappointment and having to rip newly laid things up. Make sure to match the planting with the unique environmental conditions of your garden as well so that they thrive and you dont have to spend money on plants every spring.
