Comments (4)Honestly, I think the freestanding tubs are a bit of a fad. They have a wonderful old-fashioned look (and I have an original clawfoot one in my 1920's era bathroom, which I love). But I don't think that a lovely inset tub with a deck around it (which is MUCH more convenient for perching your shampoo or bubblebath or soap) will ever go out of style. Comments (53)I can't believe people would want their houses to have a hotel feel. I always thought my mother was complaining when she said that we treated her house like a hotel! My parents never used their Ensuite as the family bathroom was much bigger. I'm not a fan of ensuites and didn't miss loosing one when I moved house.
