The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. A complete comedy of errors that started with them sending a broken stool, followed by them sending mismatched replacement parts (not even the same colors!) and ended with complete radio silence.
Save your money, time and sanity and buy from anywhere else but this place.
I’ve asked for a refund twice since they clearly cannot resolve the seemingly simple issue. Next step is the the Better Business Association.

I had a defective product from the Chinese manufacturer. It was not the fault of GDFStudio. They profusely apologized and immediately issued a full refund to me. I would definitely buy from them again. Excellent customer service.

The one star is based on the customer service I have received so far. I ordered an umbrella from them, but it doesn't work on my patio. I need to return it, but there are insufficient return instructions online and none included with the original shipment. I have tried calling during business hours, leaving voice messages (twice) and contacting them online (again, twice) with no response.
Does anyone know whether they perhaps went out of business/shut their doors? I would love to update with an improved rating because the quality of the item I received is actually quite good. I just wish they had the customer service area staffed!
UPDATE: After MANY attempts to contact the company, they did finally answer their phones. I'm giving them back a star for offering me a full return (minus shipping fees) on my purchase. When I did send the package (with tracking!) they didn't refund me at first, I had to follow up with them again to make sure they did so. Way too much babysitting needed on my part. If you do need to contact them, I would just suggest doggedly pursuing it and you might luck out.

The margin of error was too wide in the production of these chairs. I had to "play musical chairs" with fitting the inconsistently measured legs on the bases until the chair was finally close to stable; and also had to experiment with which back fit best to each seat. One set of screws wouldn't fasten into any of the casings in the back of one of the chairs! The fabric has too many flaws in it and I would not have bought them if I knew I would have muslin material upholstered chairs. The grains in the fabric are ugly and the colors are inconsistent. The pictures deceivingly show bright, clean, smooth material and I was disappointed when I unpackaged them. But the construction on them did not reverse or remedy the situation either.

I cannot sing higher praises of these guys and their quality of customer service. They went above and beyond and before I was even a customer. While quality furniture and a great deal means a lot, there is nothing more invaluable than great quality service and these guys get it. 5 stars and then some for Great Deal Furniture!

I own a coffee house in Boston, Ma. It has very heavy foot traffic and I found the chairs from Great Deal Furniture to be perfect. I have purchased over a dozen chairs in the past for their great value, and quality. The choice of colors allows me to change the look of my place from year to year. Last year I had the apple green with grey, and now moving into the red with grey, going to all red as they are replaced. Delivery is great, from west coast to east in a week, FedEx bringing them to the front door at no charge. Looking to open another location and Great Deal Furniture will be providing my seating. I've recently moved to the USA and been buying several furnitures to decorate my house and Garden from great Deal Furniture, and the customer experience was awsome. my first purchase was a dining chair set, quality is great but even better was the pricing, free shipping and delivery expeirnece. After that I bought some other stuff including a Outdoor sitting set. I deffenetly recomend them and I am a frequent viwer of their new arrivals and sales deal as what is most important is that I fully trust them, I know they will respect the sales conditions (price and shipping cost and delivery times).

Update 3/26/14: Turns out they received my email and dropped the replacement parts in the mail shortly after. I'm dinging them 1 star for not responding to email and leaving me in the dark, but everything else is solid. The damage wasn't their fault (I suspect it happened when the stools were assembled), and they got me the replacement parts fast.
Original Review: I can't recommend GreatDealFurniture.com. Ordered stools from them. The stools are great, good price, but they arrived damaged. GreatDealFurniture.com won't even return emails, and they do not answer the phone. The phone number on the website isn't even up to date. Good product, but non-existent customer service. Beware.
