Consider for pizza oven?
If we have a little sitting room nook upstairs that lads out to a balcony, I think it would be cool to have a wet bar there. We discussed having out on that balcony at night, would be good to have a wet bar.
I think this is a cool island/table combo.
I like this balcony.
Like this clear balcony guard.
I think this slatted wood where you can see out but not in is cool.
Like this ledge for soap, shampoo, etc.
Like this outdoor shower.
Really want an outdoor shower. I like the fact that this one has a little changing stall separate from the actual shower.
Another thought on how to fit some extra beds in the house would be to add something kind of like this to the 6th bedroom. We could have a queen bed and then 2-3 bunkbeds along the wall. They could be a big, long window seat when not needed for sleeping. Mom think of the hallway by your office in Richmond house as example.
Good design of twins on top and full on bottom.
I don't mind this design if you want a queen/full bed in there too. One thing to consider is the way the bed is dressed, the bottom bunk almost looks like a little bench to sit in, we could do that.
Like this. Design Option for 2 beds on each side of the room.
I do NOT like this design. I like the look of bunk beds all parallel rather than a perpendicular bed design where a larger bed juts out. I think it really takes away from the cool "built in bunkbed" feel. I think all twins look great. I also think full beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top looks good, as long as they are all in the same direction.
Like this design. Like the curtains. Would replace ladder with steps.
Love the unobtrusiveness of this design. Might be worth considering something like this for the 6th bedroom? Could also put a full bed in the room and shut this door when you want it to feel like a singular guest bedroom.
Like this bunkbed design. Seems like there might be some storage drawers under these beds which is nice. Like the shelves and lights and steps. Also think the wood might be cool for a beach house.
Like these built in bunk beds. Like the fact that there is a real staircase, not just a ladder. Like the fact that they have little shelves in each bunk. Would love to add reading lights to each bunk and maybe curtains.
Need 2 bathtubs in the house. 1 in Shannon's bathroom and one in either the 6th/guest bedroom bathroom or the bunk bed bathroom. Probably would like both to be freestanding tubs. I love the look of bathrooms where the tubs are a focal point in front of windows or an alcove. That's by no means necessary, just if it happens to work design wise.
Like the tub in the alcove (but not the rest of the bathroom design).
Freestanding tub in front of windows.
Maybe something kind of like this for the 6th/guest bathroom?

Like the dressing room leading into the bathroom. Maybe a smaller version?
Bedroom design thought for Michelle and Tip.
Like this dressing room.
I like how there are some lounge chairs separate from the rest of the deck.
Cool wine storage.
Consider something like this enclosed porch for our house.
I think a layout like this porch is worth considering. Instead of a second row of glass, have the outer wall be retractable screens. This might be a bit more practical for South Carolina than having the entire main living area open up to the deck.
Love the Infiniti edge pool. I like the idea of having room for some lounge chairs towards the end of the pool closest to the beach. Would be nice to have them in a slightly quieter area, rather than closer to the house where I’m picturing the table will be. Are we going to have a hot tub? If so, I think the way this one hangs off the corner is very attractive. If we don't have a hot tub, maybe we could do a tanning ledge in a position similar to this?
If we do retractable screens or foldable glass doors from the living room to the deck, should we think about Continuing the same flooring? I think that is what has been done here...may make the indoor/outdoor space blend together really well?
Cool door. I love that you can see through the house to the water on the other side.
I like this mantle. Of course we don’t need a fireplace, but I like the look of the stone.
Michelle and Tim want a center shower head + additional heads on the side(s) that provide more pressure
