I hired a garden designer, in Whitstable, she highly recommended a firm to do the job, the main requirement was to make the garden safe for me to garden in. It is not safe, my disabilities will get worse, and how the garden has ended up it is not to plan, and not safe to walk around in, or garden in. I have written to the designer, with photos, and still waiting a reply. It has been 6 weeks since the letter was sent. I wish, I had taken the time to scout around for myself different firms to do the project, then maybe, I would have a garden to enjoy, and most importantly be safe in.

Depending on the cost of the work I’d advise you to seek legal advice (if under £10,000) you will have to use the small claims court yourself.

Hmm...we engaged a “Garden Designer” last April....in July he expected to be with us in early November...we have not heard a word since so I have done the job myself...and saved a quick £7000!!!
