Piggilbert Remodel 2019
What color is this floor: White oak? We like warmer floors better in general, but this looks nice. The lack of permanent colors (ie: grey and white only) may keep it from becoming dated as quickly. SP likes backsplash.
We are considering putting pet station on the island shelf, so we want to move that shelf to the backyard side of the island.
Pet station with drawer for supplies. Backsplash also adds nice texture. I’m actually liking the island + counters combo.
Good floor. KG likes simple pendants, SP doesn't like pendants in general, but says these are ok. We want to move the bookshelf to the other (backyard) end of the island; make shelves adjustable.
grey counters, grey tile floor, teal backsplash. grey counter & floor do work together if we opt to tile the kitchen, but colors may get dated quickly,
Good "medium" gray counter. Like teal tile + grey counter + white cabinet.
good warm floor, grey counter (no darker than this), color scheme.
Lots we like here: green/blue backsplash, white cabinets, grey counters, handle pulls. Grey tile floor does work if we don't go with wood. SP likes all plan drawers faces with shaker cabinet doors (kg still likes big drawers as shaker, but is open to flat-face idea). As for sink, we want under-counter mount and stainless; not sure if we want farmhouse like this or just regular under counter. (we hate this faucet!)
Grey is another backsplash idea, but could we avoid counters that are too light? I like the accent island. I’m liking lighter countertops today.
An option for spices and cooking utensils. (in drawer to the right of stove)
Plate & bowl drawer
Do we want a beverage fridge somewhere? (eg: next to trash pullout)
Door w/ sidelight on hinge side.
