layout similar to our MB. No pedestal sinks, or sinks above countertop. Want clean lines, easy to keep clean surface.
Note outdoor pendant light from Auroralight of Carlsbad, CA - copper low-watt LED for open patios, etc. Mounted on new Catenary system.

Driveway of sections of concrete divided by river rock. Nice clean lines. Walkway could be smaller, complimentary sections of concrete/river rock
like sections of concrete for walkways,
Note walkway of concrete squares separated by river rock, and areas designated for plants (my container veggies and herbs) could be on small stone covered area without damaging surface, and permeable for rain.
like rock-covered planting areas next to concrete, with minimal plantings.
note large drawers, flat panel fronts and refrigerator built in.
flat panel cabinets and drawers, white countertops - quartz, and interesting backsplash. Nice with upper white cabinets.
Note upper cabinet running length (to shower space), single sink, with toilet btwn sink and shower. And, good storage below sink. Smaller sink to free up more counter space.
good layout, but delete tub for shower only, including window in outside wall of shower. Like cabinet, smaller sink ok with more space around it. Must maximize storage, space for tp attached to side of cabinet, and space for wastebasket. and scale?
clean lines of cabinetry, even with only one sink. and sink as shown, with adequate counter space.
Too dark, but like clean lines for counter, sink, adequate counter space, storage/drawers, etc. and wall material but in lighter color.

Note egress handrail from deep end, and simple rail at steps.
Slip-resistant flooring a must.
where to add grab bars
Note floor continues into shower - looks larger, pony wall and frosted glass, or solid wall, controls inside left to allow reaching in (from another pic), window, definitely hand-held shower for flexibility and cleaning, niche for shampoo, soap, etc. Higher window. Vanity has more counter than sink, and storage.
Nice layout after converting tub to shower
Hanging cabinet for cosmetics, etc.
Ledgestone in shower, and another view of this bath
Wonderful feel for bath -- shower stall, vanity and general look.
Warm, clean cabinetry, storage, even backsplash over cooktop
mid-century modern living space
