Like: the light color of this yellow bedroom
Possible option for yellow bedroom
Something like this could also work for Rosie’s bedroom
Like: this style for Rosie’s yellow bedroom idea...brighten up an otherwise potentially dark space
Like some elements not all in this kitchen: wood beams huge stove with hood and hanging pots...blends nicely with more modern cabinets, microwave, and refrigerator
Don’t like the color but otherwise the layout/ceiling is pretty nice and would work at Menkar
Like: some but not all elementals of this kitchen...sink, quartz countertops, hanging pots, wood beams are all appealing
Like: this type of sink for the kitchen
Like: elements of this for the den/utility room
Like: reclaimed wood idea for kitchen
Like: some variation of this for living room
Alternative to the bath/shower combo
Like: Bath/shower combo
like the idea of using all available space
Nice use of small space for items like cutting boards/cookie sheets.
Love this pull out drawer for under the kitchen sink
I like this engineered counter/modern wood combo...not sure if Andrea would?
Possible option for kids bathroom if we go for two showers.
Like the slate behind the fireplace, the wood burning stove
Like: Enclosed wood burning stove that will really give off some heat, also like how the rock chimney goes all the way to the ceiling, like the exposed wood framing
Like: pot hanger, high ceilings, tub style sink, oven with large hood, wood floors, engineered quartz counter top, built in appliances.
Like: the brick wall shower and Rosie and Andrea liked the copper sink
Similar layout to what is at Menkar...like the shower/tub combo and the wood floor.
There are some elements of this we kind of like, wallpaper, double sink in a small space.
Liked: the layout of this bathroom which is very similar to the layout in the Menkar house now.
Liked: style for a small bathroom
Like: this wood ceiling in the bathroom.
Like: rustic or reclaimed furniture/sink
Not sure something like this would work in our small space but we like the possibility of a shower/tub combo for one of the bathrooms.
Like: the mix of engineered quartz and wood.
We like this kitchen...sink/ceiling/pot rack
We liked the reclaimed wood cabinetry here...very forgiving because it already is aged.
Like: sink/cabinets/pot rack; not sure our kitchen ceiling is high enough for a pot rack though.
We like reclaimed wood/distressed wood look for cabinetry.
Andrea likes this old fashion dish rack...it reminds her of a piece of furniture that her grandmother use to have in her Julian cabin.
Like: the shower/tub combo with glass door for the kids bathroom. Nice sink but we wouldn't have enough room for a double sink I'd suspect.
Aimee pick: This is a similar shape and style of the living room; it could easily be incorporated into the current fireplace. The stacked stones a reasonable price. Things I don't like. The added beam, although lovely will not be functional and will likely be expensive.
Aimee pick: Bamboo flooring is the probably the way to go. Buyers don't like "laminate" and wood is not as sturdy and significantly more expensive. Bamboo is cheap, looks good and can be used everywhere except the bathrooms. It comes in a variety of colors.
My favorite fireplace for Menkar. Probably going to be pricey; although worth checking into to see if it can be done with less expensive stone. This is Chinese Golden Granite.
Possibility for Master BR layout.
Like: fun lighting fixtures for kitchen.
I like this Mediterranean style exterior, simple and elegant
