A. This looks timeless to me. High quality, well built, like a real craftsman put it together. I like the earthy tones and I love the library. I read a lot and would love to have a man space uncluttered by childrens or wifes projects. B. I don't like the rug, the lamp and this seems kind of cold, like a room you go to when you want solitude, not one that you want when you have company.
A. I like Japanese gardens and some of their minimialist construction. It is clean, warm and inviting. It makes me want to take off my shoes and connect with the ground or the plants growing nearby. I like the glow of the lights off of the Japanese doors. B. I don't want to feel like I am walking into a cheap/sketchy massage parlor and if the combination isn't genuine I feel like that is how it would come off.
A. I like that this is indoor but outdoor. I like the natural light. I imagine the real plants would make it feel fresh, clean and aromatic. I like that the centerpiece is living and that it is highlighted with both natural and artificial light. B. The rocks on the ground seem uncomfortable and uninviting.
A. I like the huge open window, view and natural light. I like the lighting on the ceiling and the beam work. Love the stone work and the openness as this giant room flows together. I has a very warm and welcome feel too it. Like the perfect place for a Christmas party after spending the day skiing. B. Cant say there is anything that I dislike here.
A. Maybe an odd one to keep, But I like the nooks for the candles and the unique tap for the tub. It feels open and memorable. I like that is is something novel enough that if you stayed here you would probably take the time to describe what you say to a friend afterwards. B. Functionionally or practically it is a mess, but I'm pretty sure they weren't going for practical.
A. I like the shelves and love the fireplace. I like the back lighting too. The couches are fine I suppose. B. I feel like the glass coffee table is from the seventies and it makes me feel like I am waiting for grandma to come out of her room in hopes that we can score some stale hard candy from her ceramic dish in the middle.
A. Really like this space. I like the natural wood floors, I like the clean crisp white shelving and counter tops. I like the green contrast from out doors. Love the seating and the big open windows. Feels very inviting, and looks like a place I would find my daughter reading for a good part of the day. If I had to be picky, I'd say I don't love the lights over the sink.
A. I really like the open space and vaulted ceilings I like the windows and like the contrast that the greenery outside provides the white. I like the light fixtures. I like the stone work around the fireplace. B. Don't love the island, the kind of wood or the look of that particular piece of granite.
A. I like the shelves and symmetry and the clever utilization of interesting/less than ideal angles. I like the open windows and natural light. B. I don't like the desk, it looks cheap and easily knocked over. Don't care for the vases.
