Luxury Brownstones & Townhomes
walk up with basement.
not necessarily a design photo here but more a spacial representation of 20' width townhomes. typical
unique access to courtyard.
historical/victorian
simple, timeless. Daylight basement and walk up. Creates privacy from sidewalk street and gives us SF that is not counted to FAR--if left unfinished I believe.
Juliet balconies add elegance and represent "exterior or patio" but don't cost as much or require ordinace compliance. Easier water proofing details.
Spacial image
traditional gable roof. Not my favorite. prefer parapets. May be required or 1.5 story or historical design review.
representation of rear yards/balconies. Good brick and stone facade. luxury.elegance. reads as rich.
Front loaded.

I love this design. Timeless. Luxury, elegant and lays out well. Two story with basement. potential roof deck. I love these windows and proportions.
I like the windows and fenestration and "elevated" bay window detail.
Ties in great with Booth home. Simple elegant design. Looks like 22' width maybe 25'.
Varying facades. White painted brick and clay brick. Could add stucco or stone elements.
varying facades.
Exterior. Deck from Main level down to day light basement. Brick and black windows/siding looks great. Timeless.
Simple, classic, elegant. These colors are dated but new color palette would enhance greatly. Very Affordable construction. You can see most likely vinyl casement and double hung windows and minimal stone/masonry. Railings always create high end feel.I am envisioning more brick in our project but this is great sample of using minimal amounts of expensive materials/methods.
