Just want we wanted 123floor were asked to find carpet similar to what we had spotted at John Lewis but at a better price. They found a supplier of a super-soft carpet for our bedroom, in just the right colour and at an affordable price. Our fitted bedroom install dates were delayed and 123floor were flexible and fitted around our revised dates. Their installation team did an excellent job, fully meeting our expectations and helping make come true our dream of having a luxury master bedroom.

Amazing service and beautiful floor! I cannot recommend 123floor more. From the minute I first walked in and wasn't entirely sure what I wanted or would work to the after care and service, the whole experience has been exemplary. Charlie in particular is great with a non-pushy sales technique, he just offers his opinion and advice without going in with the hard sell. He advised me to get the Alabaster flooring for my kitchen and it looks and works perfectly, I was also struggling with being able to afford this option so he found a solution that made it more financially viable. He has also given me advice on how to maintain the floor's quality and longevity going forward. I always prefer to use local businesses to the big chains and I am so glad i did exactly that this time and will definitely go back again.

Excellent customer service We have been very impressed with 123flooring, from the minute we walked through the door, to the expertise and flexibility of the office team right through to the fitting and after care. The team in the store pointed us in the right direction, was honest with us and were very flexible to suit our needs and timings. The fitters were quick, cleaned up after themselves and professional. The carpets that we have now are just amazing and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend 123flooring and all of the team there.

Flawless I'm so impressed with the whole experience. From the shop display - like a paint shade card rather than the usual mish-mash of carpet sample books all over the shop (and helpful salesperson) - to the speedy fitting of chosen carpet by a really great fitter. What I have failed to mention is the promptness of visiting my home to measure up and the unbelievably speedy Quotation with fitting date the same day!! I'll be back, you can absolutely rely on that!! The carpet is not half bad either. Thanks team. #transformedmyhouse!!! :)

We were recommended 123 Floor by a friend and they certainly didn't disappoint: the quality of advice, products and customer service that we've experienced was second to none. From the start, the staff were extremely knowledgeable, helping us to chose the right product for the right budget ...and although 123 Floor were not the cheapest we could find on the market, their prices were fair and reflecting the quality of their products. The fitter was as lovely, polite and hard working as the rest of the staff so altogether a very pleasant experience, thank you very much! Highly recommended.
