Mirrors are a wonderful way of creating narrow rooms look larger. I have a galley kitchen, with a balcony overlooking the neighbours trees.. I used a large mirror as a splash back over my kitchen sink area, which brought the inside out & visa versa creating an illusion of a window above my sink, and also gave me eyes at the back of my head,so could keep an eye on my toddler/speak to my guests/ be part of the conversation, prepare food, etc all at the same time.

Completely agree Your Space Creations, mirrors are such a valuable design asset in a small space, or any space! I love a mirror splashback, I bet it looks amazing!

What do you do with very high ceilings and art work or mirrors? surely if it's at eye level will that not look as if it should have been placed higher? any advice would be very much appreciated.
