For my firm, the transition was pretty easy. Over the last three or four years, we have conducted more and more meetings, as well as design and material presentations, remotely. We would generally rely on email, and occasionally FaceTime and video conferencing.

The nice thing about email is that you are left with a record of what was presented, and what the responses were.

Transitioning to ZOOM, I have found that I can take screen shots during the meeting, and issue them afterwards along with meeting notes, to fill that void.

I have conducted several design conferences with clients, where I am designing live, sharing my desktop, and they are reacting in realtime, and found that it is a very efficient way to get to a solution, and make the client feel like their opinions and input made a difference.
