  • Before starting a project take notes of the homeowners wishes, that makes it easier than trying to remember their wishes when the job was sold. We do the same We always remember it is their House and Money. we pride ourselves on being "the Best of the Best"

Great list. I would add: Be specific, communicate in writing as well as verbal to reiterate, do not make change requests, use colored masking tape to draw out space on asphalt or concrete to visualize in a different way, keep a notebook of dates, costs, timeline, who worked
