This project was intended to provide storage for books on two sides of a room with the shelving continuing above the door. The bottom section is deeper to take larger format books. Decoration is provided by 2 simple flutes cut into the front edges of the sides. There is also a small cock beading at the bottom of the cornice section. All shelves are adjustable, adjustment provided by means of studs fitting into brass bookcase strip.
American White Oak veneered MDF and solid American White Oak were used in the construction of this project.
