Thanks for reply yes the doors are the major expense rather than frame , I would imagine but they are what make it an indoor /outdoor /all year round room . Just what I want .

Sanctum Studios (UK) do similar garden rooms off the shelf and you can personalise the doors / window configurations. I had them build my contemporary garden office a couple of years ago and the team were great! All their prices & dimensions are on their website.

Enhance a garden room If you’re lucky enough to have a garden room or converted shed, enhance its mood by extending the floor out to skirt the building, so that when then doors are thrown open wide, you can’t quite tell what’s inside and what’s out.Remember to choose a material that can work both inside and out, which might mean a treated natural stone, a weatherproof wood, porcelain tiles or specialist exterior vinyl tiles. Oh wow... super cool space for the back yard and great use of accordion doors, which would be amazing for top floor.
