The long sloping yard is accessed via an elevated deck off the kitchen walkout over the garage. The terrain of the existing yard was sloping, so it was terraced into three separate levels, an upper lawn, pool level and cabana level. The natural flagstone decks are softened by lush planting beds while the custom cedar fencing lends privacy.
